WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before 3pm of your check-in date. Cancellations within the 24-hour day cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 24-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.

Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special events and promotions.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken.

Special Events and Promotions may have a different deposit policy.

IS THERE A BAR OR RESTAURANT ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Yes, Front & Main is a full-service bar & restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner. Learn more about Front & Main on its website here.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Yes, pets are permitted in select room types at the Lockwood Hotel. Please note, our pet fee is $75 per stay (two pets maximum).

WHAT IS THE LOCKWOOD HOTEL’S SMOKING POLICY?

The Lockwood Hotel is a smoke-free property. A $250 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

Yes, complimentary valet parking is available for all Lockwood Hotel guests.

DO YOU HAVE CAR CHARGERS?

Yes, the Lockwood Hotel has car charging options available for Tesla and universal car chargers.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS ROOM ON SITE?

Yes, the Lockwood Hotel has a fitness room available for hotel guests only.
